With your nudging, I've been thinking about how my role could expand/evolve to better support Guild's current needs. After trying to build with the Guild SDK and listening to feedback from other admins, it's become clear that our developer documentation, admin documentation, and developer experience overall need significant improvements. The SDK, the admin console (at Guild.xyz), and the general understanding of what people can do with Guild could all use some love to make things easier and more powerful.

I’d love to take on some of these challenges — whether it’s improving developer and admin documentation, building stronger communication channels for developer support, or making sure our events and programs are more developer-focused. I also think there's an opportunity with grants or ecosystem programs, like the $Onchain Autumn idea I shared with you, to inspire more people to build cool things on top of the Guild SDK.

I've really enjoyed building my own utility apps recently (as you’ve seen with the PrayerPal app etc), and it’s given me a deeper appreciation for great developer tools and content, and what breaks a developer's flow when things aren’t intuitive.

I’m not sure if we already have someone leading developer experience efforts, but I'd be happy to support whoever is leading this / step up. If I were to do this, I'd want your close collaboration to make sure I have the context I need.

Let me know what you think about this — I'd love to explore how we could move this forward.
